Pregnant women who have done Bikram Yoga before becoming pregnant can join the running courses without any problem. Please tell the trainer about your pregnancy before class begins so that you can be given special instructions and assistance.
If Bikram Yoga is too warm for you, you can also attend other courses. For beginners we recommend starting yoga only from the 3rd month of pregnancy onwards.
In general always listen to your inner voice and practice good breathing to avoid overexertion.
